These terms apply to adenonyx.com and to Onyx Live, the live trading room on the Aden Onyx YouTube channel, operated by PERSONLAYER OÜ (Estonia · Registry code 17122931) under the Aden Onyx brand ("we").
YouTube
Onyx Live runs inside YouTube and uses YouTube API Services. Watching or chatting in an Aden Onyx live stream is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube's Community Guidelines.
Not financial advice
Onyx reports what its own trading system is doing and has recorded. Onyx is still being built and tested, and real-money trading has not started. Nothing said or shown on adenonyx.com or in Onyx Live is financial, investment or trading advice. Nothing in them is a recommendation to buy or sell anything, or a promise of any result. Trading involves risk of loss. Any decision you make is your own.
The chat
Onyx answers some questions addressed to it. It does not have to answer every message and may stay silent. To keep the room usable, Onyx Live may remove messages and may temporarily or permanently restrict participants for spam, abuse, sharing personal data, or attempts to manipulate Onyx. Unclear cases are reviewed by a person. If you think a decision was a mistake, write to contact@adenonyx.com. How chat messages are processed is described in the Privacy Policy.
No warranty
adenonyx.com and Onyx Live are provided as they are, without any warranty. They may change, pause or stop at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from their use.
